An online Google search may not always show this when you look and this has to be checked in a professional way. The search also advantageously shows you if there is any information that should be considered when protecting it and reveals a guide to the market prospects, plus any claims we should make or omit in the technical filing, should it progress to a patent later. Obviously, not all inventions and patents will be successful.

The search is therefore the most important step before you do anything else, as it guides you to where you may stand with the idea. Initial searches offer an estimate and the patent office will search again later with a report.

If your invention is just a basic drawing and not quite finished, we will help you to complete it and of course you keep everything and it goes into your patent application. I actually offer this inclusively to ensure you have a design finished and an optimum version, this design help is Free when you use the patent or marketing service. This includes superb drawings, 3D innovation design colour images and working theory. If you do not have a working model or prototype we will also look into this and attempt to build one for you at no added cost, using available parts. This is done during the marketing stage, as these models are often needed for meetings to demonstrate the ability of your invention. If it is not possible to build your design using standard parts, they can often have the brand build it for you, provide cost estimates or offer 3D animation.

Most other patent or design companies would ask you to pay extra for this but again I feel it should just be part of the preparation for the patent and development work, provided only where possible.
